Manuel Luque signed for us in 1990; his time coinciding with that of his brother Miguel – though not with quite the same presence. Indeed, it doesn’t appear as if Manuel ever made a first team outing, while his brother saw his appearance count stretch into three figures. That said, Manuel was a regular fixture in the Boro’ reserve team during his time with the club.
