FIFA 20 Verdict: Walsall (Away)

Updated:

By Pete H

You can trust FIFA 20 to give you good news. Except when the AI gets ideas above its station and becomes an egit. Is this one of those times? Well, we couldn’t possibly give the game away in the first paragraph. Not if we want you to read on and spend a bit of time with us. After all, it’s not like you’re actually going to the West Midlands today is it? Even if you are, that M1 is hellish boring – it might be the best 90 seconds of your day.

FIFA 20 Verdict: Walsall v Boro’

With some of the yoof that turned out midweek not yet immortalised in FIFA 20 fashion, our team selection wasn’t easily. The return of TVC helped at right back, but we tried to second guess the gaffer and that hasn’t been easy all season. Stay tuned now. We can promise a lovely finish by someone and an inexplicable one by someone else. And you can also find some other bits and bobs in-between. How’s that for intrigue, eh?

What odds on fiction becoming fact?
Yeah, the odds on this actually coming true are going to be pretty long. And that’s nice if you have any confidence in FIFA 20 being able to tell the future. For a correct score bet, you’ll get 35/1 (BetVictor). Michael Timlin is 22/1 (Bet365) to be first goalscorer and Boro’ are 6s (Marathon) in the half-time/full-time market. If you fancy a punt on the first time of Timmers goal as it happened here, it’s 11/1 (Coral) to be the 12th minute.

Imagine if it all came in LOLZ.
