The Shakers have lost six out of their last seven, including three on the bounce. Mind you, their only two wins in the last 10 games have been against Doncaster Rovers and Swindon Town – so we should show some caution. If an incentive to win is needed, the three points will take us above the 50-point mark. HELL YEAH!
Now, the team line-up. Marcus Haber is sunning himself in Qatar (international duty they call it these days) so we have to make one change at least. Actually, we should make just a single change – bring Beleck or Hoskins up top and be done with it. Let Darius and David Gray sweat it out on the bench even though they’re back from suspension. It don’t seem to be broken right now, so Gary Smith don’t need to go fixing anything.
Bookmakers’ Verdict:
Dani Lopez to score a hattrick is still 80/1 with Bet365, but his Anytime Goalscorer price is a pretty short 15/8. You’d think he was on form or something. We are floating around 15/8 and twos for the away victory and its Evens if you don’t think both teams are going to score tonight. Efe Sodje is back for Bury and 17/2 to score anytime, if you’re feeling sadistic. And our own King Robbo is 9s at anytime. Everything correct when written!
